How does pricing work?
Pricing is calculated per pickup load — the industry-standard unit for junk removal. One pickup load is equivalent to a full-size pickup truck bed (a Ford F-150), and is billed at a flat $150 per load, consistent with industry-standard rates. Half loads run $100, and larger jobs are simply counted in loads. Your free on-site estimate confirms the load count up front, so the price you're quoted is exactly the price you pay.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes! The fastest way to find out is to call or text (253) 283-7012. I pride myself on lightning-fast response times, and many jobs get done the same day you reach out.
What areas do you serve?
The whole Tacoma–Seattle corridor and the Eastside: Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Renton, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Snohomish, and everywhere in between. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
Not necessarily. As long as the items are accessible (curbside, garage, or yard), I can handle the haul-away while you're out — we'll confirm everything by phone or text first, including the price.
Do you take hazardous materials?
Yes — we take all items. Hazardous materials simply carry an additional cost, custom-tailored to your needs. That includes paints, chemicals, and household trash with strong fumes or leaking waste (which also counts as hazardous). Call or text (253) 283-7012 and I'll put together a quote for your situation.
What happens to my junk?
Whenever possible, items in good shape get donated or recycled instead of landfilled. Everything else is disposed of properly at licensed facilities.
